Journey to Computer Support & Service Level Agreement Support (SLA)

Travis is a System Technician for ITI Smart Solutions. He has served in the Indiana Army National Guard since 2014.

Travis got his start in IT when he decided to switch his military occupation from an Infantryman to an Information Technology Specialist in late 2020. He was trained on server management, Cisco routing and switching, Linux Administration, Wireshark, PowerShell and Cyber Security.

Travis creates formal proposals for our customers, maintains reliable online backups, monitors security alerts, and provides IT solutions for our customer’s Service Level Agreement (SLA). He is passionate about learning and teaching other veterans in IT and Cyber Security. He is very active in veteran communities that support each other’s learning in the IT field.

His experience in the military makes him an asset to our ITI Smart Solutions team and operations by ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with his ability to remain passive and focused when difficulties arise.
