Ryan started his career by attending the University of Indianapolis to obtain a degree in Music Education. After changing course, he found his calling with computer and network support at the former AT&T Technical Support Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has expanded his experience and knowledge base with online coursework at Indiana Tech to acquire his Bachelors of Science degree in Information Systems, and recently changed his major to Cybersecurity. Ryan recently joined the ITI Smart Solutions team in the fall of 2021 and is considered a valuable asset to the team in supporting our customer’s Service Level Agreement (SLA)
